I love these sweater shapes! They were all scouted out on Bluefly, the online discount shop, and are almost afforable. But I think these would be fun to try copying in my own yarn selections.

Sweater Dreams

About a month ago I bought a bunch of Debbie Bliss Soho in a lavender color because it was pretty and on sale. I had no project in mind for it, but I recently saw this woman's fantastic 1/2 sleeve kimono-type sweater, and I'm really moved by it. I wonder if I can fashion something along those lines for myself, sans pattern...? I don't think I have enough DB yardage to make the sweater as long or roomy, but perhaps I could pull off a shorter, more fitted body and then use a complimentary color to create the bulk of the sleeve length. It would be such a great weekend shopping sweater to wear with jeans and a long sleeved tee.
