Canned: Spicy Soy Garlic Beans

I gave pickling (of a sort) a try!

Blanched string beans and packed them in a can of apple cider vinegar, dark soy sauce, smashed garlic cloves, salt, celery salt and red pepper flakes.
We'll see how they turn out!

It's funny how everyone seems to have their favorite "go-to" vinegar. Let us know what these taste like after bathing!
