After a particularly harrowing work week last spring, I decided to soothe myself with a little retail therapy. I bought myself an adorable repurposed navy leather Monarda bag from the etsy seller Hoakon/Helga. The bag arrived in no time, and happens to be totally ideal. It's so unique -- the perfect balance of slouchy-cool and prim and cutesy. It's a great size to carry, fitting all of your necessities and then some, but still compact enough to take you straight into happy hour and beyond.
